Paying homage to its diving watch tradition, in 2005 OMEGA launched the Planet Ocean collection. Today the elegant OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer is a tribute to OMEGA's diving watch heritage.

This model, equipped with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, has a sandblasted grade 5 titanium dial with Arabic numerals and a date at 3 o'clock. The 43.5 mm grade 5 titanium case is fitted with the brand new gray nitride ceramic bezel. silicon with orange rubber and Liquidmetal ™ graduated scale.

Other features include a screw-in caseback with honeycomb motif and a structured strap in gray rubber with orange stitching and coating.

The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer is waterproof up to 600 meters / 60 bar (2000 feet) and is equipped with a helium valve. The OMEGA 8900 Master Chronometer caliber that animates this timepiece is visible through the transparent caseback. To obtain the status of Master Chronometer, he passed the 8 rigid tests established by METAS (Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology).
