Paying homage to its tradition of diving watches, OMEGA launched the Planet Ocean collection in 2005. Today the elegant OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer pays homage to OMEGA's diving watch heritage.

This model, fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, features a blue ceramic dial with Arabic numerals and date window at 3 o'clock. The 43.5 mm 18K Sedna ™ gold case mounts a blue ceramic unidirectional bezel with OMEGA Ceragold graduated scale ™.

Other features include a screw-down caseback with honeycomb pattern and a blue rubber-coated leather strap and 18K Sedna ™ gold buckle.

The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer is water resistant to 600 meters / 60 bar (2000 feet) and is equipped with a helium valve. The OMEGA Caliber 8901 Master Chronometer that animates this timepiece is visible through the transparent caseback. To achieve Master Chronometer status, it passed the 8 strict tests established by METAS (Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology).
