Paying homage to its tradition of diving watches, OMEGA launched the Planet Ocean collection in 2005. Today the elegant OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer pays homage to OMEGA's diving watch heritage.

This model, fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, features a white ceramic dial with Arabic numerals and date window at 3 o'clock. The 39.5 mm stainless steel case mounts a unidirectional white ceramic bezel with OMEGA Liquidmetal ™ graduated scale. .

Other features include a screw back with honeycomb pattern and a stainless steel bracelet with a patented extendable folding clasp.

The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer is water resistant to 600 meters / 60 bar (2000 feet) and is equipped with a helium valve. The OMEGA Master Chronometer caliber 8800 that animates this timepiece is visible through the transparent caseback. To achieve Master Chronometer status, it passed the 8 strict tests established by METAS (Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology).
