The chronograph is limited to 1500 pieces and is housed in a black ceramic case made of zirconium oxide, one of the hardest substances in the world. The back and buttons are made of Ceratanium®. Developed by IWC, this material is as light and strong as titanium, yet hard and scratch resistant like ceramic. Thanks to this combination, the chronograph boasts a completely matte black design. The tactical look is completed by the black dial and black hands, coated with luminescent material. Red accents are added by the second hand at "6 o'clock" and the tail of the chronograph second hand, which takes the shape of a Navy jet. The IWC-manufactured 69380 caliber ensures accurate timekeeping and chronometer timing up to 12 hours. Another function is the display of the date and day of the week.
